How do I get the sword to complete three magical items, where do I find all of the dragon armor, and where do I find the shining stones to open the door to the treasure from the maps?
The sword is on the first level of Iona's dungeon, which you will have access to after you have been to the castle. If you are past that, you can return through the grave in the graveyard.

If you do not have an earlier (recent) save that you can revert to, you can get another copy of the letter to show the dwarven king. The dragonheart gem can only be forged into the dragon breastplate.
