I am not able to talk to the statue in Nimris garden. I spoke to the 3 followers, I got the key from Blake, I killed the frogs and went into the tresure chamber, and went to talk to the statue. But when I click on the statue, nothing happens ... I do not remember if I have to read a book or something? Do anyone know what I did wrong and why I cannot talk to the statue?

You have to read the book that the 3 followers outside gave you in order to answer the statue's questions (save first), and need the book in your inventory for it to talk to you.

If you do not know where you left the book and can not find it where you usually stash stuff, it can be replaced;

Actually, I am having some problems with the holy items: I do have the strange sword, strange dagger and strange amulet in my inventory, but when I go to do the sacrifice in the cave, the statue keep telling me that I still don´t have all the items.

Can I use the Lost Item guide for that too, or will it mess up things because I do have all the 3 items?

Do all three items have a mouse-over description something like '3 must be sacrificed to gain 1'?
You should have gotten the sword in Iona's dungeon, the dagger in the thieves guild and the amulet in the elven ruins cave in the dark forest.

If it is just a question of the game not recognizing that you have the items for some reason, it may help to clear out your inventory of excess stuff you don't need to carry.

Try dropping the items and stepping in the circle to get the statue to tell you that you don't have all three items (correctly this time), then pick them up and try again.

The lost item procedure may help if there is a problem with one of the items (drop or stash the ones you have; they shouldn't cause any problems). If not, you could try the fix below, intended for the case of opening any of the guardian's tombs (after which the statue does not respond if you have all 3 items in your inventory).

I ended up using the lost item fix, since none of the other suggestions worked - But now I do not know if it has effected something else: When I talk to the dwarven smith I cannot get a speach option for the drawing of the elven amulet, (I am having the drawing in my inventory) all he does is hinting to the items I have in my backpack - 3 must come together ... And - is it normal that he has both the dragon breastplate and the dragon heart gem in his inventory when I am actually wearing the whole dragon armour set???

You need to talk to the dwarven jeweler about the amulet, not the smith.

It is normal for the smith to keep the original dragon breastplate and dragonheart gem in his inventory after giving you the upgraded armour. If you end up with an upgrade that is not as good, or just bonuses that don't match your play style as well, you can buy back the original.

He he - thanks! Of course it is the jeweler ... ! It is quite nice to be able to get an extra shot on the armour - I had just not noticed it before.
