Is it worth joining the warriors guild? What do you get/ benefits? Also I want to know how good the dragon armour is and whether I should devote my time to getting the 3 holy items, or getting the dragon armour before i leave rivertown for good tonight.

It is worth it. You get good expierience and the dragon gem + a skill point in boomerang for free (warriorsguild)

The holy itemsquest is a hard to complete quest. It is worth it if you get the item you want. (maybe trying to reload till you get it).

The dragon armor gives you a skill point in elemantal hail (IIRC) an temporarly bless. That if you have all components of it. Then you can throw away all you want.

But remeber, if you ring the gong, you cant come back!!

VERY BIG SPOILER ON HOLY ITEMS

VERY BIG SPOILER ON DRAGON ARMOR SET

The holy amulet or dagger are potentially the best you will find in the game; there is a (likely) better sword in the wastelands. There are no more actual quests after you hit the gong, just hack and slash, so you may want to finish everything in Rivertown first.

Stats are random, but this is what I got for the dragon armour;

Breastplate Of The Dragonheart

Durability 12
Charm Quality 3
Armour 440
2 Defense
100 Vitality
60 Magic
15 Resistance to Fire
40 Resistance to Lightning
15 Resistance to Spirit
4 Hearing
Survivors Instinct +1

Breastplate Of The Dragon - before the upgrade

Durability 30
Charm Quality 1
Armour 390
6 Strength
6 Intelligence
60 Vitality
100 Magic
15 Resistance to Lightning
15 Resistance to Poison
2 Hearing
Heaven's gift +1

can't you beef up a breastplate with charm quality of 5 ALOT higher than that? I haven't even been to Dark Forest with this char but invested alot in Enchant and i'm getting sick stats on all my eq, even using medium charms.... My current breastplate makes me almost immune fire, my sword almost immune poison, and like +16 to str/dex or +100 to mana/vitality PER ITEM. MY first char i didn't think much of enchant, but now i'm seriously thinking it's up there with scorpions :P, i'll get pickpocket just to get charms :P

5 is max of charm quality. If you check the skill, it also sais at lvl can put 5 charms in one object. I know it can boost your char really quick if you use silver or golden charms. (5 on each object can boost alot).

But héy, its part of the game <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Standard armour with 5 charm slots could be comparable to the dragon armour, or even a little better, but probably not better than the dragon armour with 5 charm slots. I didn't pay attention to charm quality when I re-loaded a few times for either armour, since by then I had decided not to use any charms (other than the one I had already stuck in my amulet).
