South where there's a tower with an Anti Dragon field is a barracks in the cliff side. There's a teleporter northeast of it on top of the mountain that's walled in by the two rivers. Take teleporter, go up top, defeat two black ring bosses (be careful not to get knocked down the ladder, take the fight to the other side of the room to prevent that otherwise you have to reload), and then hit the switches in the room above.
