Hi all

I am having difficulty in finding out how to get the sigil key. It states that Maxos buried it deep in the mountain in Boken valley. I have found a mine entrance but can not get into it, not sure if this is it or not.
Can anyone direct me?

isnt there anybody out there that can tell me how to get the sigil??

i got the same problem, i googled for hours whit no luck, can anyone just tell us were should we go plz i done every other quest on the map i conquered all the citadels plz help

there is a teleporter circle below but i cant use it can you ?

I think i know where it is and thats the mine entrance in broken valley beacause it shows up on the map as a main quest, but how the hell do you get in because you cant pick the lock obviously so it must be something else?? ive run out of things to kill now lol

there is a watchtower in the old mine. you have to rescue some guards. they will give you the key.

mmm ok where is this old mine because i have gone all over the place looking for the watchtower in a mine and so far i have not seen anything, which region is it in?

argh found it at last it was a tower in broken valley itself upstairs. I wouldnt of found it if wasnt for the watchtower clue and guards so thx

right... this might help on the right of the bandit camp is a little place with big walls all around as you walk through the entrance to the main mine entrance a little movie clip thingy will start to show people blowing up the mine entrance BUT... Kill all the black ring soldiers as they are easy (for me anyway) (by the way im on this part aswell im telling you as much as i know :))

yes. so. in front of the main mine entrance is a little tower thing go up the stairs and through the door. You will see two black ring soldier (ELITE) talking

if your level 20 and under don't bother trying they will own you soooo bad. Right after you kill them run to the top floor where a man will start to speak to you he will tell you where the secret mine entrance is.

YOU DONT HAVE TO KILL THE ELITES you can just run up the starirs then jump over them back down which i advise you not to do lol you need to rank up trust me.. hmmm hope it helps because im not far from after that bit of the quest.

im lost bigtime myself i read east of mine im stuck on hall of echoes quest and becoming a dragon to so i can get the to wrecked ship in the island level but first i need directions to the sigil which i got the key for guildmaster williams and he died of course but ive been trying everything and im a big rpg junkie have fallout 3 fable etc... this is a very hard game

when you say the mine your talking about which one is it all have is new miners dig derelict tunnels old cave secret passage bandit camp and mine tower side exit and if you are talking about the key ive already got it just want the place to get the sigil

Where I can find a Maxos book that describes his research about Hall of echoes?It's somewhere in the Maxos temple,but where exactly?I can't find it enywhere.

yep like you ive got the key trying to find the mountian on top of broken valley

As spoiler pointed out, baal's cave is at the eastern location from where the broken valley miner building located, the building where william pass you the key for the mine entrance. And to more precise, its at the most south eastern part of broken valley map.


If you are referring to the spell book to reveal hall of echoes, its just in your battle tower chamber, somewhere near the bed

Is it still possible to get the sigil if you havent done the "A Guild without a Master" quest cause if it isnt i have to start again and my level 32 character is a waste lol

It actually had nothing to do with the quest "a guild without master". All you need to do is to find william only. Once you located him, he will just pass you the key for the locked mine. The quest "a guild without a master" will auto trigger once you met william, and that just require you protect him to get down stair. Even if you fail him and he die, you still had the key of the locked mine he pass you. You will just miss some exp and reward only if fail to protect him.

im 35 now and im a dragon since along time ago...now broken valley is only a dragon fly zone and i never did this "mine" thingy b4...and on the map there is a quest marker that says "the mine" ...i can go there but i cant open it..what should i do now ? i tryed the reveal location spell but nothing..i have even talked to the dragon patriarch and he said he have opened the gate tho he dident say where this gate is..oh he said beneth the roots of irminsul...wherever the hell that is?!?! anyone plz im stuck

you need a the key from the guard tower
