I have found Fake Red Ore somewhere in Broken Valley. I almost finished the game by now and I still have no idea what it is for. Any suggestions??? There is an enchanter in Broken Valley that gives the quest to get some red ore for him, but that was the real thing, no fake...

in broken valley u say?.. strange.. i found quest only in sentinel island where i need fake ore.
there where are those candles in wind almost under that place is a door to cave where you meet 2 "sisters" which are fighting that whos minions are stronger elves or those "robots"(cant remember names). as u meet them u can just choose to fight againts them or help one of them, i choosed to help the one with elfs and she asked to get fake red ore and bring it to her sister who is using real red ore to make those minions, so u sabotage her to ensure victory.

Indeed, I find it on sentinel Island and I was wondering about this Fake Red Ore !

I hope I find the two sisters ... because I missed them the first time I played Divinity II!!

Killing them both rewards better in term of exp, as 1 of them is lvl 20 where the other is lvl 17 like that. After killing them both, you still get quest reward exp and you can kill both their dragon elves and walking armor for more exp. The location of the cave is just below sassan's grave, when you can find it easily by jumping off the cliff into the sea from sassan's grave.

I wasn't aware of fake red ore in Broken Valley only Sentinel Island
