There are so many books in the game - every time I go to the merchant i have like 20 books i sell. There are also a lot secret books like one that is one the soldiers statue's helm (the thing written in it was somewhat similar to "Doc mach draconus") Does enyone actually read those books?

It's strange, but I found & read the complete 'history of the damned' which were six books, but I never managed to find the complete trilogy of "history of dragon knights/slayers" I like books in RPGs... collecting & reading books in Morrowind was one of my favourite pastimes in that game.

Does enyone actually read those books? As an RPG player, I do. It gives me the feeling the world is alive and "real". As an employee of Larian Studios, I would urge the players to do so as well First, reading books is fun. Second, you'll have a better understanding of the history of Rivellon and what's happening around you. Third, if you don't read books, you might miss out on some tips. (For instance, sometimes, there are books placed very close to sidequest objects that clarify what you can do with them.)

Agree completely, which is why I complained about the book interface in the suggestion thread. I absolutely love the depth that the book added. But please, give us a better way of reading and archiving them. (I cried a little inside, when I had to destroy my first book to make room for other items ) As I mentioned in that thread, a way to archive books that you have picked up would be great. It could also serve as a much improved book reading interface. (I am sick of the counter intuitive sequence that one must take to read one book after the other) Don't know if you guys read the suggestions or not, but if not, please give it a gander. thanks much.

All that needs to be done is to not have them take up encumbrance. Yeh, I had 20 books on me and just didn't want to destroy them as some that were quest related helped me for when I forgot what was going on the next day.
If you truly love reading, then play the first game. There were a lot more books on the lore of the different races. Also plenty of "cooking recipes", I think they were actual recipes if I remember correctly.
Btw, I do read the books.

Every time there I run into trouble on the road, there is always a dwarf at the bottom of it. Don't they know how to drive above ground?

If you want to "store" your books, I'm afraid you'll have put them in the dragon chest in the tower...

But how about making use of one of the bookshelves in the tower, and let us send books to there instead of just the chest? (Not a high priority ofc, just thought that all the bookshelves looked lonely )

One problem that I faced was not being able to store them in the Dragon Tower until I got access to the storage chest there. Is there any way storage can be made in Farglow until we get to the tower? I don't throw books away... have over 100 books in my room that I read when a kid and still won't toss them out.
