Well, i reach 20 lvl hero & now I receiv no exp. (Just finish quest conquest Dragon Tower) & become a dragon. Some kind of bug?

There an explanation, when I put a marker over exp. hero slot - something - "You maked well, you can recieve exp. by solving quests..."

Most likely you're using a crack. Please check this thread as an example http://www.larian.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=380384#Post380384 . The point is all kinds of things happen when you use a crack, being unable to lvl up further is one of them.
