I got the quest about the NEARBY DEPOT, but i can't find the location of that depot... [color:"black"] [/color]

This quest is one of the easiest to go wrong. That nearby depot is in the sewers, near the entrance at Ars Magicana. This entrance is centered in the market place at Ars Magicana.

There is a bunch of things related to this quest: Pedro in the sewer who has a letter of importance, south-east is a cave with Victorio who has a letter, Tingalf is also involved, Markus is related to this quest, so is lt. Robin. Killing the bad guys isn't difficult, but the sequence of killing and reporting apparently is.
