you dont need to the dragon it self, u need to read a book that will transform dragon back to human body and then u can kill it. it should be in your quest items
Use the teleporter that ports you to the place (should be coast or beach) where the alchemist Anselm is (was). Just turn left, enter that door there. Of course, you can also walk there.
