I was chasing the archiver through the sewers, opened a chest and bam..i'm a frog with no magic. How do I get back to normal???

By reloading, sorry. The polymorph bug has hit you. There are 2 trapped chest in these sewers triggering this if your spiritual resistance is below 12/15.

Yes, it is classified as a bug. These trap spells should go away after some time, but in this case, they don't.
