Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Wow. I am getting stomped ingame

I finally got a chance to play last night (bought from german distributor gamesload). I was rocking right along and doing all the quests and dungeons that I could find in the first area.

I was kicking ass until I got to the point where you need to get into the tower. All the mobs destroy me:D. I put all my points into warrior talents, strenght and vitality.

I guess I am going to try a ranger or something because there is nothing else to level on. Anyone else have trouble here?

Heh, their level too high? try to lure one and fight 1x1, monsters above ur lvl give lots more of exp, and from there on u might find some trouble fighting mobs... as the game itself says... "Don't just rush in, watch your enemy carefully and see their tactics."

Yeah I made it through. Now im at the part where I can get a tower, but I am going to try to finish all the old quests I have left.

TIP: To maximize exp: Kill monsters at low level and Solve quests at high level.

u need better equip with good enchantments & charms then lv is not important

do more side quests...

Oh good times... I remmber when I was trying to get into the tower... coeld handle 3 skellys max...
then after doing some sidequests and getting a tower i killed everything in 2-3 hits (monster level doesn't seem to increase above 24) so for a 34 Lv warrior they were easy
