i rescued and talked to this william character inside the mining facility and he said that there is a hidden passage to the mine which is located a bit to the east behind a goblin enclave.
can somebody please tell me where this passage is or how to enter it or if there are certain requisites before entering the mines.
If you leave the tower through the lower door, you'll see some defense-fortress in front of you (you have to fly there as a dragon). If you cleared that, you have to climb up some protusion, where you'll find the back-door to the mines.
