Hi there laugh !

I just found out the awful truth xD , that my main character could never look like Deathknight, but i must live with it :P.

Well i was wondering if there is any way thet Larian would make a Divine Divinity remake ,few more quests and maybe another world (Darker forest perhaps :D), but although the game look the same. Well it could have the exeption that characters armor looks the same on character, as it is in the inventory ( i mean it would be cool if you have that green dragon armor on you).

I would defenetly be the buyer for this game because it is my favourite game and I have playd like all next gene games. ..well i know thats not enough, but i'm sure that everyone in this forum section would buy Divine Divinity remake :P

I'm not sure that i posted it in the right place( maby it should go to suggestions), but I hope that it gets to the game makers.

..and please excuse my english if there are grammar mistakes cause it is not my native language..

I would also buy a remake. Practically, though, DD is still available (online at least), still looks pretty good and is easily playable on new systems; I think remakes generally get done for older games that don't look good any more and don't play well on current computers. IMO the timing for a remake would probably be better after Divinity 3 (assuming that concludes the plot line).

Divine Divinity is a 2D game, so there needs to be a new set of animations hand drawn for each unique piece of equipment. Practically, this means all items in a particular equipment class (ie light armour or large shields) look the same when equipped on the character. The set of drawings for each type of animation (at various angles) take time to create and consume a lot of disk space. Beyond Divinity dropped to 2 CDs largely due to having 3D characters, which also allowed more and a greater variety of equipment types (though some people still prefer the handed-drawn look of 2D).
