first find the 1st book in amdusias's room or next room maybe (cant remember but it is easy to find) then go to the librarian and he will exchange de second book with the one you have then you can cast the spell to transform the dragon into human

amdusias's room is the four room upstairs if you go left from the waypoint shrine.
