Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Out On A Limb quest

I have one last quest before Hall of Echoes:

Out on a limb quest, given by Jonelath, necromancer I chose for my battle tower.

I'm supposed to find body parts from a "powerful monster" in a cave in the fjords.

I think I've been everywhere, where is this monster?

You just need to clean up this cave from creatures. that's all.

Which specific cave would that be?

Right before Rivertown Gorge.

I assume you mean the New Mining Camp or the Red Hammer Cave - those two are closest, from what I can see.

I cleaned out the Mining Camp completely (small cave, easy)

The problem (and I think this is the kicker) is that the Red Hammer cave has the big main area blocked off by boulders, thanks to the one big dude (forget his name) collapsing the passage. So if that's the cave I need to clean, there's no way in.

Please tell me I'm in the wrong area......
