No man you don´t need to wear dragon form it is really simple you just need to walk to the center of the valley there you will find lovis tower,Once you get there just climb up the stairs located at the lower most part of the tower,there you will find a bunch of skeletons,Do what you will with them and continue exploring the tower until you reach the most high part of it,There enter in the room and search carefully...
You won´t be needing more help than that if you can examine everything on the map XD
