can i know how to solve dr elrath quest?i've got letter from dr elrath basement,where i must go to report it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ouch.gif" alt="" />?

To Commander Ralph, in the Army camp.

Ralph is actually not in the camp. But in a building a little to the north of the camp. Be advised dont enter his room!!

You can enter the house but dont enter his private room. He's infront of his room. Just dont wander off in the room, it pisses him off and sometimes he locks himself up init.

i've solve all dr elrath quest but one,the one i'll get from the bar tender at blue boar inn about the hatch!how do i solve it? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />i can't find dr elrath!

You only talk to Elrath twice, once the first time you enter his house, and in the cut scene when you leave with the letter. I don't think it is solvable now; if you had found out that the room was rented by Elrath before talking to him, he would just claim he lost the key and someone else must have found it.
