1. Killer Bunny. You must achieve this one BEFORE Broken Valley got changed because you need to kill as much bunnies as you can. After tons of kills you will meet with Killer Bunny :P 2. Sentiel Island, after Damian's invasion. You need to find a small island/rock outside of your Tower (yes, in ocean, islands surface poisoned and empty). It is not so easy since there is a fog everywhere. The best way to clear vision range a bit is to fly away from tower as far as you can.
About 2nd question: no, there is no way. Such location does not exist in in game resources.
