Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Can't get to Easter Egg Area----HELP

I followed all the hints/tips and maps. I have the silver armour, 5 ales, 4 ropes, 2002 gold and 4 maps. I have a portal stone on me and left one outside the cave entrance. When I click on the Teleportal to go to Easter Egg Area I end up outside the cave entrance. I tried with both portal stones on me and it still happened. Suggestions?

Also, if I get into the area, how to I drop each rope when two ropes combined together in the inventory?

Did you make sure you don't have any extra gold, alcohol, etc. hidden behind something else in your inventory, or more than the 4 rope from that room?
You can drag and drop the stack of two rope onto an open hatch; one will be used, the other returned to your inventory.
