In in anti-dragon zone, their is an blue with black streaks lava orb, you need to fly close enough to the anti-dragon shield, morph back into human form and then on foot fight or sneak your way to the blue with black streaks lava orb and attack it with melee attacks until it's destroyed. Then the anti-dragon shield will go down and then u can tak dragon form for that area, but usually there are 2+ blue with black streaks lava orb anti-dragon shield generators per zone, so you will need to repeat the steps a few times. This is also the same technique that you need to use when fighting the flying fortresses later on.
