The 4 people I choose to be my helpers have all asked me to do quests from them.

Hermosa - Battle Trainer
Dear John Quest
Give the locket to Morgan in the harbor building at the Champion Harbor in the Northwest
corner of the Fjord

Murder for Mythos
Find and kill Hermosa's sister Kali in a flying fortress

Allan - Alchemist
Allan's Brew Confidential
Gather Holy Basil, Black Rose, Earth Root, Whisperwood, Dragon Nail

Wisdom in a bottle
Kill Geshniz in a flying fortress and give her potion of wisdom to Allan

Igor - Necromancer
The Book of The Dead
Retrieve the book from Barnabus

Radcliff - blacksmith
Delicate Affairs
Retrieve a gem from a shipwreck somewhere in the Orobas Fjords

Can someone please tell me where I should go find Kali, Geshniz, Barnabus and the Gem that Radcliff wants and the future quests from those 4 people?

There is NO difference between Hermosa and Kenneth. Not even a bit, they teach you the same skills. Same applies for smith.

Also, difference between these two alchemist no so big too, just different "special" potions. Same applies for necromancers, just a different bonus to your Creature defense.

There is nothing "good" or "bad".

Honestly I dont notice any higher defense or what so ever on my necromantic creature even though I had finish upgrading the necromancer ring. My creature stats still looks fully base on limb parts I choose. Major difference I think between choices are the quests and rewards which your trainer provide you with

For slowpokex2, Kali fortress is actually in River Town. Open your Fjords map and go to the direction of River Town and you will see a cut scene and that kali fortress. Geshniz is Broken Valley. If you fully clear out entire Broken Valley, you shouldnt had miss him. Barnabus is in 1 of the cave in Fjords, which I already forget the exact location. Regarding Radcliff really clueless, since I didnt choose him

Radcliff doesn’t give quest for second workshop upgrade. You miss xp and skill point and that makes him a bad choice.

He has but one quest, that is true. But even if you fail his quest (i.e. give the jewel to the goblins), you can still upgrade one time. If you bring him the jewel, twice. So in the end, if you want, you can still upgrade twice with Radcliff.

Honestly for me I choose the malachite gems over the upgrade if getting him as enchanter, since enchantment ingredients can be easily get when you fully equip your runners.

Which is what I would do too. smile
Unless ...
... you want to get the achievement for fully upgrading your Battle Tower.

Each upgrade is equal to 1 skill point. I prefer skills to enchantments. Same thing with philosopher quest. Basically you exchange 2 gems to 2 skill points.

Correct me if I'm wrong but...
Hermosa's quest entails killing her sister Kali and and returning her sword.
Kenneth's quest involves returning a book "The Demon Wars" in Kali's HQ.

The difference comes down to what reward you want, the sword or the book.

  • The sword is one handed and powerful. [Linked Image]
  • The book grants 5 skill points.

I think Kein was referring to the skills they can train and the level caps; the two trainers have the exact same capabilities, just the price for upgrading different types of skills differs. And of course, as you mentioned, the quests and rewards are different.
