I revealed location of the Hall of Echoes, quest says that I need to find Location, Spell, Sigil and Shield. I found location on forums, not in-game, possibly missed text, as I hardly read it. Currently quest doesn't show an locations on map to go, so I'm quite lost. I don't have Sigil, neither Shield. Any tips where to go next, where to find them or anything?

Thank you in advance

Sigil is in Broken Valley mines (you should go there with dragon form).

Shield is in Aleroth (find zeppelin pieces and ask to the guy to go there).

About localization, check behind the waterfall and you'll find someone that knows it (so you get your xp ^^)

Location: Learned from the Big Dragon guy in waterfall where Talana (you wish) feels a strong presence. Enter there and three hungry hungry stones will prompt you to get them some items. Do the main quest of the three stones/trees and you'll open your path to the dragon guy.
Spell: Note from Maxos. Found in your own battle tower throne room.
Shield: Aleroth. To go there you have to do a side quest. Then this means this is not a side quest after all. So are the game developers freaking blind or what? It is a main quest. So yeah, that quest is about collecting nine zeppelin parts across the fjord map and handing them all over to Page's dirty face. Then you go to Aleroth, meet with Zandalor, solve guy's problem and be done with it.
Sigil: After Damian stikes to Broken Valley, head over there and go rescue the miner guys. You'll be given a key to enter the mines, use it, go deep, meet Baal, tear him apart and you'll get your both (Unique) item randomly generated each load, and your sigil.
How to enter: Speak from the notes of maxos, the spell in Exact location that Dragon guy told you to. Right click. Your set. Have fun.
And check this if you need any other advice.

Thank you Emperor for more details. I had the spell, and used it, Hall of Echoes revealed. I also talked to dragon, however I can't remember him, telling the location, also my quest notes didn't update after that, marker on map disappeared (the one showing cave) and none new appeared, is that a bug, or puzzle?

It is not a bug, whenever you do some sort of quest, it GENERALLY does not tell you where to go. And thus i'm more oftenly using that gamepressure guide to remember the locations. It's like, i'm playing world of warcraft (remember that game's Q log doesn't tell you everything aswell) but that's divinity, hell i like it. As for the place of HoE, it is in the minispoiler:

Below the place where the tree of Irminsul is. Check the map which is given for Orobas Fjords in gamepressure site. It's at the point: Eighteen.

Have fun.

In order to obtain the last item needed to get into the Hall of Echoes, you have to head to the capital – Aleroth. The only way of transport is by a zeppelin, which you will find in the port. There are some barriers blocking your way that you have to disable. You can do it by the bunker M5(8). By using one of the special teleport you are able to move right next to the entrance. Take the ladder upstairs and clear the area.

I've been in that bunker, used all 3 switches in top floor, however barrier around that port remains. What I did wrong?

The question is.. If you can turn off all anti-dragon zones, why can't you turn off the harbour one?

Guys in harbor know you as dragon slayer. If you do something like that they'll understand and will attack you. And the chance of going to harbor will be zero percent with zepp. At least that's what i think.
