No, that is ONLY the USA version released January 5th. It does NOT work on the English "International" version. I really doubt it works for FR and SPA as well, seeing the file says US at the end. I was all excited when I thought it was a new patch.

I just know you'll release the patch on the same day as Mass effect 2 just to make me lose valuable sleep hours trying to play both the games, amiright?

guys waiting for the patch, dont hold your breath. It will be at least 2 more weeks, as it always takes a month or two or even four for a patch to be released.

I hope the 360 patch fixes the problem I have with the game not being recognised by my profile/Gamertag,so far I haven`t had any other problems save wise,I work with 3 saves,overwriting the oldest one,and saving a lot.

My Favorite RPGs: Divinity franchise, Gothic franchise (including Arcania, so I think I'm alone...), Venetica, Risen, Two Worlds II, The Witcher, Sacred franchise, Fallout franchise, Mass Effect 1, Alpha Protocol, Planescape: Torment, Drakensang, KOTOR 1 & 2, etc.

Interestingly, people also said that the game of "Drakensang" was "broken".

I purchased from GoGamer and they sent me the International release. Not that I wanted it, I live in the US and would have preferred the US version. Anyhow, the game installs to v. 1.0.13.67 and the current US 1.03 will not install on this.
You folks are talking about a patch for the version I have, right? Not real clear from all the discussion going on.
