Hi i'm in the thieves guild the quest to open the 4 locked doors, but i can only use the lockpick skill 3 times then it no longer works at all, it does not matter if i use it to open 3 doors or try to open a door from a distance 3 times or anything, i just cant use the skill after 3 attempts, i've tried loading earlyer save games incase it was corupted but it still wont work more than 3 times no matter where i try to use it.

Are you still using regular lockpicks? If so how many do you have in your inventory?
Talk to Finnigan, do his quest, and you will get an unbreakable lockpick (in a game started in the updated version of the game, you can return the magic lockpick to complete the quest and then buy it back).

What level of the Lockpick skill do you have? The doors require increasingly higher levels to be able to lockpick (the highest needs level 5, IIRC).
However, in this case, it is better to not open all the doors and loose the bet...
