Hello guys,just a question,in the tower when you find Willimas, after the short dialog,is normal that the black ring scouts are at lvl 27? because i'm at level 13...and i can't hurt them decently...

When you 1st enter the mine, the voice already warn you to come back later for those black ring elites. So just follow what she says

It's a bug, and not yet fixed. You till you return there in next time.

To get by them, don't go through the door they are right behind, but stay outside that door and look left. There is a crate there, go jump on it and jump straight up to the landing. You can go in the side door where there is nobody else.......yet!
I've cleared the chests/barrels on that level and the next one up. Found some good weapons in there.

You can do so only to just collect the chest earlier, but cant venture up to meet william, since he will auto had a conversation with you once spotted you and the quest will be trigger. You can actually skip it and keep them for later since there are freaking lot good chests in the whole broken valley. But once you starts fjords and able to purchase legendary gear directly from merchants, I bet you wont bother much of chest's contains anymore.

This quest can wait till after I defeat Laiken then? I was worried everyone would be dead after i reclaim the battle tower.

I've Tried this quest (Guild with out a guild master) at several different levels, currently at lvl 19 and ive taken down the first 3 black ring soldiers at the top of the stairs, but the sargent and his 2 black ring companions are hard to take down,sargent does me in on 3 hits.

Any idea's on when a patch will be released to solve this "glich" if it is one? Dont want to head to Aleroth when those creatures are also lvl 27.

What glitches? This quest is suppose to be done at higher level, not while before broken valley is poisoned. You can do it earlier if you think you are capable, but you can always come back later to complete it without much trouble.

The quest involve protect william when all started to charge down the stairs. If you cant protect him from dying, you just failed the quests only. That all. If you protected him, you gain extra reward and exp.

so what your saying acss is that you cant go back to this quest after the broken valley is poisoned?

You can go back after broken valley is poisoned. In fact scenario inside the quarry building is design for you to come back later, as those black ring inside are at around lvl27,28. That is why when you first approached the quarry, "Talana" had warned you to come back later for the black ring elites, which is referring to those inside the building.

Its true what acss is saying i went back to that quest at lvl 28, went into the cave which by the way can only be accessed with the dragon form, but all the guys inside are at lvl 27-28 plus Ba'al who is lvl 30 and takes quite a beating to take him down.good luck to everyone who does it,im a lvl 30 warrior so idk how difficult its going to be for other talent paths.

I cant give any info on how to switch the anti-dragon barrier off surronding the cave entrance,i flew to the side of the mountain and made my way across to the entrance.please if anyone knows how to switch those anti-dragon barriers off in broken valley plz post on here.

All you need to do is bit exploring in this new poisoned valley. You will eventually find ways to disable those anti dragon force field, like how you did in fjords as well as in other flying fortress.

You are better off going to the Orobas Fjords and finishing as many quest's as you can get.
I didn't start this part of the main quest untill i was level 34.
Now i can just relax and kill without any trouble at all.
If you still havnt started, i sugest you go and beat all of the Flying fortreses. There are a few quest's in the Battle tower you can do for your: Alchemist, Necromancer and Skill Trainer, finish their first quest and than you can get their Flying Fortress quest's
You not only get great gear but you also level verry fast! Hope i could help even a little

went to orbas got to lev 23 came back got the key guildmastr died oh well. but i couldnt find the mine. the only goblin enclave is right next to the mine but i couldn find the door to the cave.did i do some thing wrong??? i was so mad i just quit looking.

The entrance is near the goblin enclave, but far above, with no way to reach as a human. You need to get the battle tower before you can continue that quest (the quarry tower and top of the wall will remain above the poison gas, as will the top of Lovis tower and a couple other locations).
