I keep seeing info like "Each spike does 3 times 4+10 damage." I guess it might be obvious but should that read 3 times 4 to 10? Or is it 3 times 14? thanks again
It is 3 times 4 to 14 damage; x+y is shorthand for x minimum damage plus up to an additional y. In a similar way as x-y means minimum to maximum when referring to damage, x+y means minimum plus range.
