I have exited Iona’s dungeon and left the graveyard. I went back to where my second pyramid was (the one that the Imp didn’t take). I figured that I could just teleport to where the pest of an Imp was. But my second teleporter pyramid is gone as well.

I have the “Retrieve my teleporter stones” quest in my log, but absolutely no clue as to where to start. I REALLY miss my teleporter pyramids. I want to get them back before I continue exploring.

Where do I start? Can I get them back relatively quickly? Or do I need to get used to the idea of not having them for a while?

Thanks

Get used to the idea of being pyramidless for a while <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> - you have to free Zandalor first - he'll then bring you to a place, where you can get them back.

Free Zandalor. Wow. OK, it's now become my main quest.

Just out of curiosity, when the imp first took my teleporter stone, I reloaded my game and dropped it on the ground outside the castle. When I entered again withour the pyramid, the Imp didn’t show up. I thought I may have tricked the little guy, but I got nervous. I re-loaded and let the imp take the stone because I wasn’t sure of what would happen if I tried to cheat the pesky dude. I figured that both the pyramids would be missing when I got out of the castle anyway.

Do you know if anyone has tried stashing the teleporter pyramids before going into the dungeon? Would that have worked? I assume that it wouldn’t.

Thanks again for the help.

Yes, it happened and the gamers had problems - the imp took only one stone e.g. and gave back only one - the other one didn't work/was invisible etc.
IIRC these gamers had to use Raze's lost items fix in the end.

Cool. I was having second thoughts about re-loading from all the way back before the castle just to recover my precious teleporter pyramids. Now I’m glad I didn’t.

Time to hoof it. I hope my chain boots are up to the task… <g>
