Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Technical problems waterfall cave

In the orobas fjords there is a cave in the waterfall where talana says she feels a presense, I cannot leave said cave as when the loading screen comes up the game stops responding any Idea's?
specs:
AMD Athlon 7850 dual core @ 3.02Ghz
8 Gig Ram
ATI Radion 4800 1024Mb

Edit: this is the UK version,not hacked.

Is this an German version of the game hacked into English?

If the answer is No:
Try a reinstall, it sounds like the game is having trouble finding a file.
Also make sure you repatch the game and see if it works after this.
It could also be a problem with your saved file. If the above doesn't fix the game, try to load from an earlier point in the game and see if the problem persists (load the previous game and save it as a new saved file).

If the answer is Yes:
There is probably a corrupted file that the game cannot find and goes into an infinite loop trying to load. No further support on hacking it is offered on these forums including private messages.

Got it, it was this, took be bout 2 hour to bring my save to that point but it works now. It was to do with: "It could also be a problem with your saved file. If the above doesn't fix the game, try to load from an earlier point in the game and see if the problem persists (load the previous game and save it as a new saved file)."
