You eventually find more through out your journey in fjords and back to broken valley. More to enough for you to max out 90% of your dragon skill

in ur throne room, in every one of the trainers rooms, they just lie around, in orobas fjords in dungeons top chests usually, basically everywhere

Could anyone give me some advices about dragon skill ?? Which is useful , which is not ???

You will have enough skill points to max 90% of your dragon skill, provided you did locate most of the skill books. So not much to worry in dragon skill

Can you add 10 Extra Skill points to a Dragon skill like you do to your human form?

nope rank 5 max. Human skills max at rank 15 but hardly you can reach those level, as it usually require lvl35 above, which majority finish at bout lvl34 or 35. So most of time for human still you reach max at rank 13. That is what I experienced for the warrior path skill tree
