If I have lvl 5 pickpocket, who can I steal from successfully and also can i steal charms from people such as the wealthies in verdistis?

All I am going to tell you is that you need to try it out. If you dont want to suffer the repercussions of failing then all you need to do is quick save

The things you steal with success put into a barrel,a chest or the book of holding.Then no one will see it in your inventory <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />So you can't be accused of theif by SOMEONE else!Also remove items from you're stash in private.No need for someone to see you with stolen goods.[They'll call the gaurds on you]
