Can anyone tell me where to find Ulthring's Leggings? The other three peices where in the possesion of various blackring bosses, but I ran out of flying fortresses to burn.

ok should have searched forum first - they are in Raza flying fortress - new question- where is Raza flying fortress?

Its very close to fjords harbor. Just check the lands opposite the harbor in the map.
