Hello All:

First post on the Boards here.

And Great RPG Game as well!

Anyways, I have not been able to find any relevant information on these boards yet on the Inventory.

I am at Mid Level 13 still questing in the Broken Valley area and even though I have had to use skill points to increase my Inventory space (I have had to do it 3 times so far) but I still run out constantly and I am not hording major items like Weapons and Armour except a couple of real good ones that I interchange between. Some times running back to a Trader is a long walk when no Teleporters are close by. I was hoping that I would have access to the Battle Tower much sooner as I was under the impression that I will have some extra storage space there to put all my loot and such. Nonetheless extra storage still seems such a long way off for me.

Now is it worth keeping all those books in my inventory that are not associated with any Quest or that I have already read and used for certain puzzles? I mean they are not worth much and I have sold off the duplicate ones? I was hoping for some sort of Library in the Battle Tower, hence why I have kept them. I keep all herbs and minerals I collect just in case and have had them converted to Potions when I can.

I also have been approached twice by a Merchant claiming that he can sell me a house (used or new), now money is not an issue as I have plenty but what does this House do exactly for you or is it just an ingame hoax to pry some money off of you? I have declined him twice and not sure if I will ever meet him on a Bridge again.

Thanks in advance gang for all your help.

3 points in encumbrance is really quite a lot and you still overload? You really keep a lot of books I guess. Basically books are useless are read, unless you really want to have a collection of it. When you obtain battle tower, you will entitle to have your own stash which you can actually store in total of 400 items. But for now, I think you should sell off some books, as I dont think raw materials will take up so many space. I think you might had kept some recipes, where you actually go to the black smith and alchemy tree to get rid of them if you had any. And sell of any unused junks such as older gears. You actually had 3 weapon slots where you can interchange by pressing f1 to f3 key. This game sometimes really need quite some traveling, as certain locations are just too far from teleporter.

Regarding that idiot which stop you at few locations, if you read his mind, you basically know he just trying to scam you only.

I really wondering who is replying now under the same user account, as from what I see there are 2 patterns of reply from under a same user account, 1 which seems still in the middle of game, where 1 claims to finish the game twice.

Thanks for your replies gang (I will basically ignore the "fag" comment),

OK I was holding on to the books as I was scared that they may come in handy later on in the game. SO now I have about 40 of them to sell at the ridiculously low price of 1 to 3 coin!

I have all 3 slots equipped (f1 to f3) but I thought that they still counted as inventory space even when they are equipped.

Maybe eating all my food should be what I do next as I have plenty of them.

I have used the tree on many occasions but the Black Smith in the Village never gives me the option to make anything for me as the Tree does, unless I completely missed it, as I may have just hit the Trade button without ever reading his options. But will check asap.

What I do have many of is all the Creature parts (probably about 12 or so), I can't do anything with them until I finish the Necromancers Quest which I will be doing next on my list. So that may help as well.

And the house part is a Scam after all, glad I never fell for it!

Much appreciated.

Edit(adding a comment): I wanted to add that I absolutely smash every single crate, box, vase I can find which also adds enormously to my Inventory stock, except for that Temple poisoned Chamber at the Bandit Camp (tough area to say the least) I will walk 10 minutes in a field or zone just to see if I can loot something. Many times coins and amour/weapons can be found in many of them but of course not all yield loot. I just wish that there was a "break everything" kind of Achievement??? LOL!

How do you use the tree to get rid of the recipes? Unless I missed something the tree has not offered to take them from me. Can I sell them after I make one of the potions?

Yea and I have the same problem with the Blacksmith???

When I talk to the Tree the first option I get is something like: "can I benefit your alchemy skills" than a Window pops op with all the potions and the quantities the Tree can make for me. It more than likely has something to do with the number of Herbs and recipes you currently have in your inventory as the more often I go, the more different kinds of potions he can make and of course the more herbs of any and all sorts the more it can make as well. On one occasion the Tree made me like 50 pots of Health Potions and about 40 of Strength.

On whether you can sell them afterwards? I have no idea as I don't want to get rid of it and find out I can have them made anymore!!!

Now to figure out how to get the Blacksmith to make me something..........

The blacksmith has not offer to make/upgrade anything for me either. I did complete his quest if that matters. Version 1.03 - English.

The blacksmith does not enchant anything. The enchanter does. He is found in the area west of Lovis's tower. When you bring new recipes to him they're removed from your inventory and saved to the enchantment list. Same goes for the tree. If your worried you could just save, sell the recipes, then check the tree to see if their still there.

You also don't need to save all the creature parts. Sell the weaker ones. Like if one pair of arms gives a 60% HP increase and another gives 70%, you should sell the 60% one.

So it is not the Blacksmith but the Enchanter that I am looking for? No wonder the Blacksmith doesn't give me any options? LOL!

Now to find that Enchanter...............

Well its not the black smith in the village I am referring to, its the smith enchanter. Hahahaha I think I make you guys confuse. He can be located at the top western part of broken valley map. And that guy is actually a smith himself. And bout your necromantic parts, even naberius wont release the creature to you, but you still can bring him parts to add into the creature construction list, therefore those parts will be gone from your inventory. If there are any repeated parts, it will be remain in your inventory and you can go sell it off. You can also sell off lousier ones and keep those strongest for construction.

And 1 advice, finish explore broken valley before entering maxos temple. You had more benefits doing it like this. Its not necessary to complete all side quests but fully explore the area will help you know the place better, as well on your level by clearing mobs in the wild.

Thanks but I found him last night not far from the Fortune Teller.

I also completed the Necromancer's Quest where he has created my Monster to accompany me. The damn thing has the worst auto-follow I have ever seen, had to go back and fetch it several times behind a tree, down a water stream, stuck behind a boulder etc......Guess will activate and deactivate it whenever the need arises (as long as I have enough MP though).

I have complete all the quests in that area now minus the ones that require a visit to the Maxos Temple and the quests inside the Mine Towers have level 27 NPCs in there, so will stay clear of them for now.............

Thanks so much gang for all your insight and help.

Studies show that carrying many items in an RPG has never changed someone's sexual orientation, and thus makes your comment worthless. Worthless comments are deemed unworthy of a database entry, so do refrain from making these in the future lest they be dealt with on a pruning level.

For the creature just keep running he will teleport to you when you reach a certain distance from him.
Think those teleport lines are the same ones that block enemies from following you all the way across the map.

Now off to find killer bunny again, he fell of a cliff during the fight as I was hiding from him off a ledge and taking pot shots with my bow rpg008 .
He respawned I guess and now I can't find him anywhere. I might stand a chance against him now at level 19 and a creature but can't find him, ran around the island 20 times. Even kicked every single bunny I could find to see if that angered him into showing himself but no go.
Maybe he is gone for good. cry
