Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Battle Tower Bug

I just got into the battle tower and reached the elevator part. So far I've picked up a key in the storage cell, a key off the dead dragon slayer and the key off the abomination master that jumps off the torture rack. I cannot open the door to the library nor the door on the top floor. I've read that they key for the library is off the abomination master, which I have but still, I can't open it. I even reloaded my closest non-quick/non-auto save which was before I even set foot in the tower and still no dice.

Am I missing something or is my game bugged indefinitely?

Edit: There's a basement floor, I feel like a jackass -_-

Hi i am having the same problem. how did you get round this?

Go down to the basement level, morgue...theres also a portal shrine down there....kill the spook and it has the key to the goblin

The basement isn't the lowest level. I was fooled by this.lol

i have the exactly same problem...

i've kill all monster (including the one in the morgue, where you can find grimm) but still, i cant open the damn door the the library....

any other method to solve this problem??
