So, I made the accidental mistake of saving just before I was about to take damage. When I saved, it was no problem, popped a potion and kept fighting, however, I died later on. Now, when I load, I instantly die. Is there any form for console-command/cheat to restore health? Or to become invulnerable...

Or do I have to revert back a few hours?

Did you try exiting the game, restarting and reloading, and seeing if you could pause or use a potion before dying? I have not tried in D2:ED, but with the previous Divinity games (with a different game engine) you could hit the hotkey to pause as the game was loading, and you would start in a paused state.

try and shutoff your pc/ exit the game or if its for the xbox turn the console of because theirs so many saving glitches in the game
