fire sphere works like fire breath / this has been like this when i first became dragon / have lv 5 fire sphere / lv 5 fire breath / can not change between skills /would be nice to have a ranged weapon to take out nest towers in hall of echos / did not see this problem on forum.END

Do you mean that you cannot assign them in your quick slots on the play screen
