Folo should have told you bout the password to make those pig escaping on their own. All you need now is to talk to those seeker which guarding the pigs over jackson farm.
i will go talk to folo again, i already did the auest where i got them to go away for richard am i still able to do that quest for folo, and i killed jackson when i was going to turn him in
It has nothing to do with jackson from what I know. Try check if the seekers are still there, if not then I not too sure bout it. Maybe try jump into the barn and talk to the pigs? And try interact with the barn door.
you have to talk to one of the other guys in town - i think may be richard - and he tells you that the guards are needed elsewhere for something. when you go back and talk to the guards, they leave, and then you can jump the fence and talk to Kevin.
