May be spoilers in this thread.

In broken valley there is a storage room or what ever right down the hill from the Jackson farm.
In there was some skeletons, easy work but the thing I want to know is there any way to get into the room with the chest and big pile of coins. Looks so inviting thru that bent door. I've looked everywhere in there for some kind of secret switch or something.
Nothing leading to there from other caverns or anything that I could find either.

My other question is on Sentinel island when you get the quest to get the hot smirk ghost women her ring.
In that cavern at the end is a creature in a cage that can attack you but you can't it.
Not my problem, the thing I want to know is there any way to get into the two seemingly force field protected rooms on the left hand side of that room. Sounds like there is someone/something in there but no way to get to them it seems.

Thanks for any help and/or hints.

1. When you reach the other end of the side, you find yourself block by a wall. Try interact at the wall and you find hidden switch which will render the wall gone, and now you can access the chest.

2. Sassan's ring is in laiken's study, not the cave you mentioned. The cave you mentioned are where the 2 sisters are, underlings of laiken that arguing on building his army for him. That dragon elf in the cage is killable, but only by your creature. If your creature is a mage base one, it will attack the dragon elf with magic blast most of the time. And that 2 portals, its just for display. Nothing else.

I searched that wall for 5 minutes in a grid pattern and nothing. Don't even see anything that looks like the switches for other hidden walls.

Just alt & tabbed my game up and there is no switch around there near that wall, I got the debris on the right hand side, the shelving on the left and three bottles on the floor near the shelving and the wall in front. Well the bottles are on the floor because I broke the boxes that is. evil
Hmm, Maybe I should not have broke all the boxes maybe that triggers a lock out. No clue.

Nothing on the wall around there and nothing on any of the other walls or columns that I can find.
Their usually so obvious but this one is just missing it seems.
U.S. version 1.0.12.52
Is there anything worth while in there like is all that coin lootable. cheer

Are you sure on the two force field doors doing nothing as it sounds like I hear moaning or something from behind them. Hmm moaning, maybe I need to knock first to get in. silly

Search properly at the wall. The wall is the most deepest part in the room, which can be hardly miss out. It doesnt matter which version, as it was there even my first play through on version 1.0, unless your game is bugged. You get a chest with some contents and a skill book if I recall correctly.

You can bang the door and stay there for an hour you like, which I assure you there nothing more there. By the right both doors spawn mobs. If the mobs being spawned, its just left for display.

Which wall are you at? Ignore the busted door, and keep going until you hit a dead end (if you could get through that door and turn right, it would be the wall straight ahead that you need to get to the other side of). There is a row of brick/stone across the wall about 3 or 4 feet high (looks decorative), with a pressure plate near the middle; just stand near and move your crosshairs along it.
If there was a skill book there, I need to go back...

Ok finally found the dang hidden wall trigger, it is not on the wall at all but the floor.
Only wall I've seen in the game so far like that unless I missed a bunch.

Glad I went back to broken valley as I forgot about a bunch of chests I did not have the skill to open before and also found another key I missed when freeing the prisoner.

Still no bloody bunny reshowing that I mentioned in that other thread after numerous tries of porting around, running around the map a couple more times, going in and out of the map.
Just gone it seems. Probably got swept away down the river so I'll just wave wave bye bye.

I really wanted to kick that buck-toothed B'tards behind to for killing me like 5 or 6 times.

Just finished off the bandits camp for the last thing to do in Broken Valley and that was a rip off, no experience or anything except for my personal kills. Think I may reload and leave them intact just to tick off the guard/soldiers by leaving them standing outside the camp the whole game. That will teach them. grin

I'll forget about the force field doors, just never saw anything spawn from them, the guys-creatures actually are already there (4 I believe it was) when I came into the room. Nothing came out of the doors.

EDIT:
Thanks you both found the pressure plate in the floor as I said, was posting when you posted Raze. No skill book that I saw either, 2 chests, a openable wooden crate and a book that talked about some guy dressing the skeleton up in his wives clothes when he was drunk.

All right I was just running around in Broken Valley to be sure I got everything and Belzagar or whatever that rhyming mages name is came in with a random cut scene when I was running back towards Maxos tower.
He did a rhyme about flying and not having to worry about landing and dropped me off a cliff onto a really high ledge.
Some lootable bodies, and a lootable wooden crate.
Problem is there is a passworded storage area there and it asks for Needleman or weedlemans password. Can't hear the name as my character talks when the guy is talking about who's storage it is
Don't ever even remember meeting anyone by either of those names.

Going to reload and run around a bit more before going back tot hat area.

There is a Dr Needleman in one of the rooms in the Black Boar inn (IIRC after you clear out the drunk soldiers). He wears a copper contraption on his head to prevent mind reading. After you get the battle tower you will meet him again elsewhere, minus the hat.
He will be on top of Lovis' tower.

Thanks Raze!
Yea I just read somewhere that he was supposed to be where you said in the hidden text but he was not. He was still in the room wearing that stupid hat. Did not think of him as I just referenced him in my mind as simply Doc.

Ok so I'll not worry about him now. Thing is I read somewhere that after you get through the battle tower you can not come back to Broken Valley except for the mine area. The woman in your mind even warns you in the battle tower after you read that book. IE:Do everything now or you can't later.

You meet him again later where broken valley being poisoned. He at the top of lovis tower by then, where bellagar chest is. You can then mind read him for password.

That bellagar is quite a nuisance after all. Soul forge human with chicken, then the copper helmet, the 3 sleeping dudes, the crystal skull and etc. He really seems nbtd.

Yea he is a pest and a loony for sure.
Do you know how many times you meet him total. I have I believe 5 times now plus the one where I know he throws me off the cliff I took a save game to get out of to get in the storage area later.

Probably don't even have to go back to before that as I am going to be able to fly right.
