Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Maxos's Temple gold room glitch

I'm in Maxos's temple and i got the pumpkin and finished the gold room but later I died without having saved my game yet, so I went back to do the gold room again but the pumpkin is gone and I can't complete it! So now I'm stuck in this stupid temple, is there anything I can do to fix it?

I've seen pumpkins laying around the game.
Think the Miller had one in his mill. Grabbed one in the training section at Farglow too!

Thought I saw the merchant Lamotte in town with one for sale.

Thanks for the suggetion but the problem isn't that I need a pumpkin, it's that I need that particular pumpkin to be in the gold room because when you pick it up from there it triggers the completion of that little puzzle.

can you go back a litle further, I have about 4 overlapping saves because I do stupid things all the time

I didnt want to go back because my last save before the glitched one was pretty far back but I just gave up on searching for a solution and went back a few levels.
