HardLine came up with this and it realy works
My computer had a video stuttering problem that wasn't really bad but a bother none the less, manybe more aggravating, aspecially since my XP machine plays it better than my win7 x86 with lower high end hardware,8800GS vs GTX260+, tried HardLines trick and it now plays pretty good, maybe perfect, but I need to play it longer and I'll say then
1. go to Start, All Programs, Accessories,right click on Command Prompt, run as Adimistator, in the command box type: fsutil behavior query memoryusage and hit Enter
if it come back =0
type fsutil behavior set memoryusage 2
reboot your system
restart your game and play, check and see if it make a world of difference
send him a thank you
BTW, I would have to say that the game opens faster and does play perfect along with several other programs that are memoty intensive
