ok, i did the quest with dreavan the enchanter, the quest says complete, and the description says his enchant machine is operational and is at my disposal, but how do i use it? where is the machine? is that the red machine next to the wishing well? because i can run around the machine all day and nothing will pop up, so how do i bring up the enchant menu, please help me!!

You can not use the machine directly; you need to talk to Dreavan to have him enchant or un-enchant stuff.

that's the problem, when i go near dreavan, there is nothing i can do either, no options, so i can't talk to him, i tried to reload other save, same thing.

Did you try talking to him, even if he doesn't get highlighted? Can you talk to the wishing well?

Have you installed that patch, if available for your version? (it is at least for the North Aamerican Xbox version, and most/all DVD releases) This isn't a known issue, AFAIK, so that may not make a difference.

Did anything unusual happen after you gave the red ore to Dreavan to get the machine going? It sounds like perhaps after the scripted event, where he walked away and started the machine, his status may not have gotten set back to normal, or something.

Do you recall if you got the comment from Talana? (impressive machinery; make use of it while you can...)

Did you collect any enchant formulas yet?
If so, did he take them when you first spoke and you had found the red ore (which is everywhere)?
