When on the Sentinal Island missions, I came across a poison "Wolfsbane Poison" that is described as deadly to Elf Dragons. Where or how do you use this poison?

its a quest item go to sassans burial jump off the cliff when yourre in the water turn around and there is a door help the chick who doesnt use dragon elves and you can get rid of it but personnaly i found it Funner just to kill them both
Where i come from ascesion to a higher rank is a simple assasination those who are Ranked Highest watch their Front their deaths come from thier back and they die naturally because a dagger in the back naturallyu ends their life.
