Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks finding Lovis

I have done all I can find to do in "Broken Valley" but I can not find "Lovis"!! I have three "Dragon Crystals" and I have eliminated the ghost in the "Cathedral Dungeon". I have been to the chamber at the very top of the "Cathedral Tower" and pushed all the buttons I can (all except the glowing door) and I get nowhere!! How in the #*&% do you find Lovis?????

Lovis is in the gigantic tower in the middle. Before you reach the top there is another walkway outside underneath the one where you find Carlin. Took me a minute to find it too!

How do you find the other walkway?? I may sound dumb so please have patience with me. I'm 71 yrs. old and my mind is not nearly as sharp as it once was. Thanks

as you walk up to the place where you are able to hit the glowing switches, there is a narrow walkway off to the side... you go down that walk way, and decend the ladder and it places you on the other end of the really tall gate you cant get to open. just a little ways more is the door for lovis.

The three dragon crystals fit in the statues outside Maxos temple, where you find ZixZax the almost wise.

With Lovis' tower there are several levers around to open up the gates. Climbing up the ladders for the first time, you reach a point where you follow a spiral path up to the floor with Carlin. At the start of that last section the path splits, as Trolls_yin143 said; keep to the right to go down a bit, take a ladder down a little more to a platform where you can jump down to the main floor again past the last gate (there is another lever around there, as well) to the door to Lovis' chamber.
