Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Question about Broken Valley (possible spoiler)

Hey everyone, this is a simple question to see if I'm in the right direction.

I made it to the Battle Tower and took control over it. I then headed back to Broken Valley as a Dragon and realized that several 'closed quests' failed because everyone in Broken Valley and Sentinel Island is dead. Was I suppose to somehow save them or is this normal? Like many of you, I don't like failed quests on my log (though it seems inevitable).

Didn't you get a warning at some point to finish off anything unresolved before proceeding? I'm not that far yet, but I'm pretty sure someone mentioned a warning.

Anyway, that is normal, and AFAIK there is no way to save everyone (a couple people made it out on their own, though).

Indeed and I hope for you, Ro3, you have a savegame before you defeat Laiken? Because after killing Laiken Damian poisonous whole Brocken Valley! Sadly, all beauty is gone!!

once you gain control of the tower Damian takes a dump on Broken Valley and all unfinished quests and People die.
