Hi, ok first of all, this is not a guide on how to fix it,
it is mearly me asking if "this" could be the problem and people answering it,
seeing if we can work together to get a proper fix going on here xD

ok, first off.. im running a GTX 260 card in my PC, not the best, but its a pretty good high end card, and i have noticed ALOT of the people having problems with with game has also got high end cards and PC's, myy little brother who is running a 9500GT in his machine can run this game perfectly!!

Anyways.. after countless hours trying to get this game fix'd, i came across something, when using Fraps (www.fraps.com) to see if the FPS limiter frix had worked correctly (it did not) i noticed that my FPS (frames per seccond) NEVER went above 60, it would linger 59-60 for abit while lagging.

ok, heres the question..

Is there a FPS limit on this game and can it be changed? not a limiter, i dont want to lower the FPS but put it up.

Thank you for listening and i awaite your answer's,

Hey, I have an XFX GTX 260 Black Edition and yes I am getting some annoying stutters too. I asked the same question about how the fps never go above 60, even when not forcing Vsync through nvidia control panel, and got a sarcastic answer. My problem is I dont know how much stuttering I should get at about 45 fps. It is pretty smooth when at 60 fps, and this seems like a game should act, no(slight) stutters at 60 fps and it should start slowing down when the fps drops, but it seems to me I am geting too much stuttering for 45 fps, I never drop below 40. But some other people on here are saying they are getting horrible stuttering even at 60 fps. So I am wondering also why the fps don't go above 60 and why your little brother's 9500GT can play this like you say.

Unfortunately the lag/stutter issue exists on the 360 release as well smirk I almost wonder if it's not something to do with the actual engine the game was created on. Mind you, I don't know a great deal about the deep technical side, but it is very frustrating and not at all easy on the eyes.
