How many side quests and main quests are there total in this game? Where can I get a complete list of every quest in the game? I want to make sure I cover everything.

I tried looking at the sticky on this forum titled Listing of Info, Tutorial, and Spoilers. Many of the links are broken. The one at Gamebanshee is nice but personally, I'd prefer a listing of all the quests in one place. Which walkthrough are you using and where can I find it?
