cannot find alutiiq haunted wanted boouny in old cave need to find to finish quest any assistance would be appreciated where is this ghost

Not quite sure which mob was Alutiiq. If the bounty for him is posted in the warehouse, where the Champions are, then he is in a cave on a ledge heavily protected by the Red Mill clan. You'll have to completely obliterate their outside defenses to approach the cave. The ledge is somewhere on the cliff wall above the Red Mill village you've just destroyed.

He is a Blue Mob(one of those Goblin Orbs) lvl 27 at the bottom of a spiral stairway in that cave with the dying hunter on the beach. As you enter the cave there are 3 pathways right,center and left..take the left where you walk back across the water and take that down.

my bad, I think I killed that dude before I read the bounty, I did zone cleansing, then had bunch of quests complete before I even got them. lol
