One day while playing i started to get a lag problem, where the game would freeze for about ten seconds during, usually, a battle. I stopped playing and checked the forums and saw that others had the same problem. Following the troubleshooting steps, I checked the task manager next time I played and sure enough my second core was being used while my first core was doing almost nothing. I havent got lag since and the 100% top out was not related to battles, that being said though, I still dont think this should happen. Googling didnt help much. My question is how do you fix this?
