The mine with the necromancer creatures is south of the fortune teller. Check your map; if you follow the river all the way to the west and a little south of the lake, it is just to the south. You should quickly see the camp to the west (on your right if you are heading south along the western edge of the area), and upon entering someone will call out to you; the entrance to the mine is at the back.
