after kill laiken there is a gas evry where in the hole map, then what should i do?

There is gas everywhere. Behind your throne room is a small elevator. Walk in and there is a lever on the ground. Pull it and you will go to your private quarters. There you will find a shrine to teleport you where you want to go.

yaa i alredy know that but what is the main mission?

The main plot quest after that is to head to Aleroth, but there is no need to rush there, despite what Zandalor says. Feel free to do as much of the fjords as you wish before going there (you need to at least find 3 different zeppelin parts in various wyvern nests).
I was level 31 before I went to Aleroth, though I would have gone sooner had I known there were a couple merchants there where you can get legendary quality equipment and possibly blessed charms. That might be level dependent, though, as the High Halls merchant only starts offering legendary equipment around level 30 (not sure exactly, he didn't have any at level 25, and did on 31).

i am lv 22 and what must i kill to level up fast? and where

Walk the beach all the way to High Hall and to Champions Harbor..lotsa goblin experience!!!! Should get a couple levels at least...

When you are done that and around level 25, Stone's flying fortress would bring you up another couple levels (I entered at level 25 or 26 and got to 29 just at the end), and Raze's would add another couple levels (I got to 31 near the end); both entrance teleporters are in the mountains near the harbor. After that I cleared out a few imps and goblins to the far east I should have done sooner, and Kali's fortress (to the far south east in the fjords) brought me to level 33.
